Arrowhead Point Homeowners Association News & Events

June 7th, 2026

Dear Arrowhead Point Community,

Please take a moment to block out your calendars! The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Arrowhead Point Homeowners Association is scheduled for Saturday, June 27th, at 10:00 AM at the Association beach.
(In the event of rain, the meeting will be held on Sunday, June 28th, at the same time).
The official meeting package—including the agenda, financial documents, and proxy forms—will be sent out in a separate email closer to the date once everything is finalized. For now, we just want to ensure everyone has the date saved so we can achieve a quorum and enjoy catching up as a community.
Two quick reminders for now: don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, and please remember to keep the area directly in front of the beach clear.  (No Parking)
We look forward to seeing everyone on the 27th!
Best regards,
The Arrowhead Point Board

Dear Neighbors,
It’s time to prepare for the 2026 boating season! To confirm your intention to retain your current boat slip, please note that the annual deposit and updated paperwork are now due.
As a reminder, the $150 deposit is not an additional fee; it is a credit that will be applied toward your total dock fees in your annual dues.
Requirements for a Secured Slip
To ensure your slip is reserved and to comply with Association insurance requirements, we must receive the following three items from every boat owner:
  1. $150 Deposit: Check made payable to APHA and sent to P.O. Box 143, Brookfield, CT 06804
  2. Signed Agreement: The enclosed Boat Dock License Agreement.
  3. Proof of Insurance: A copy of your boat insurance ID card for the 2026 season.
Important Deadline: March 31st
Your slip is not considered secured until all three items above are received. Please submit your packet no later than March 31st. Because we have a waiting list of neighbors eager for an opening, late submissions may result in the loss of your slip assignment.    I’m happy to reduce paper and accept signed scanned agreements and electronic copies of insurance ID card.  If you don’t want to send by post please send directly Dock Manager at vp1@aphact.com.
Please note: While paperwork can be emailed, the $150 deposit must still be sent via physical check to the PO Box.
Existing Slip holders have also received this info via email as well as an attached copy of the APHA boat and beach rules for reference.
We look forward to seeing you on the water!

Dock Manager,

David Pinto
