Arrowhead Point Tennis Association

Back in 2004, a group of 13 Arrowhead Point tennis enthusiast residents banded together to purchase an empty lot at 3 Myron Avenue at the intersection with Arrowhead Road. They formed the Arrowhead Point Tennis Association LLC and put up the tennis court you see today as a private, sub-association within Arrowhead Point.

In 2024, the Tennis Association added pickleball nets to accommodate that growing trend. Members do have annual maintenance dues to cover the upkeep and future investments in the property. These dues are in addition to and independent of the annual HOA dues of the larger Arrowhead Point Homeowners Association.

To be clear, not every home in Arrowhead Point belongs to the tennis association. Member/owners can sell their share in the tennis LLC to anyone living in Arrowhead Point at a price mutually agreeable to both buyer and seller. Some residents have sold their tennis membership as part of the sale of their home upon leaving the community. Others have sold it independently if their prospective home buyer was not interested in tennis.

If you are interested in a tennis membership (if one should become available), please send a letter with your name and address to Arrowhead Tennis LLC President, at 9 Arrowhead Road, Brookfield, CT 06804.
