Arrowhead Point Homeowners Association Testimonials
Wonder what it’s like to live on ArrowHead Point? Read some of the testimonials from the neighborhood.
“Growing up in Arrowhead Point was like living in a slice of paradise. I recall vividly the expansive fields, where now stand rows of homes, as the backdrop for our daily adventures. Every afternoon after school, about 20 of us neighborhood kids would gather, ready to explore and play until the evening air signaled it was time to head home. There were no cell phones back then; instead, each parent had a distinct bell they would ring when it was time to return.
The community dock was our gathering spot. We must have caught hundreds of sunfish over the years, using a little blue plastic boat as our makeshift aquarium. At the end of the day, we would release the fish, with the “survivors” swimming free. The adults too found joy in the water, racing their sunfish sailboats across the lake. The annual beach party was another highlight, where we played football in the shallows with a greased watermelon, laughter filling the air.
Even now, it warms my heart to see children playing on the beach, walking to the bus stop, or riding their bikes. Arrowhead Point continues to be a place where memories are made, generation after generation.”

“It’s hard to express how welcoming and wonderful this community is. My wife and I moved here a few years ago and we’ve gotten to know so many great and caring people. We feel safe and secure, and we enjoy our daily walk with our dogs as we pass so many smiling faces. It has been so nice to see the many recent investments that neighbors are making in their homes. Everything is so charming and well maintained. I’m always proud to tell friends that I live on Arrowhead Point!”

“We have lived in Arrowhead for nearly 8 years. While our house is not on the water, we have access to the community beach and use it all summer long. It’s so nice to just pop over with the kids and have a picnic while they swim and play ball. The recent upgrades to the lockers and kayak racks (among other things) are amazing. My mom reminds me whenever she visits that we have found a VERY special community. Every time I drive into the neighborhood, I feel my blood pressure go down and I smile as if I am now on vacation. The lake is so magically calming and tranquil.”
